RecommendedAbsolutely happy about joining this gym. Very friendly service and clean.
I really like this gym. Love that they have an area just for ladies so if I ever feel uncomfortable I have the option to workout mode privately. Spin class is awesome. The girls in the childcare are great. There are four of them who we usually see and they greet my kids with smiles. My two year old now runs to go into the gym so he can play and they are amazing with my five month old even when she’s upset.

Cut back on the advertising. Not only is the place now covered in tv ads everywhere you look, the movie gym has 5.5 minute ads! I'm only in there 30 minutes and i am forced to watch over 10 minutes of mindless ads? C'mon people, we already pay for our gym time, if you want us to watch ads then we expect membership fees to get cut. You can't have it both ways. Your gonna get a bad rep.
Great staff. Clean facility. Lots of machines and treadmills. The aqua massage table before and after my workout.

RecommendedI was a member of this location when it was Fitnesses Evolution. As with others I wasn’t happy with change. I don’t regret sticking with the transition. I recommend try the hydo-bed massages and don’t forget to try the Red Lights. Also I have NEVER had any issues with staff. They’re ALL class acts.
