I love the Silver Sneakers classes! Seem to be getting a tad full but just making more friends!
Its a gym. Nothing fancy. Just a gym. Typical gym stuff.
They keep trying to charge me after I cancelled my membership. Now they are telling me that they can't cancel if I have a balance which I didn't have when I originally cancelled months ago!
I didn't feel like my fat --- was being judged haha. They have lots of equipment options. Oh the sauna was pretty cool too!
Great classes and equipment! The staff is wonderful, kind, and helpful!
Their hours suck for night owls like myself...weekends especially
