I took Robin's class and it was nothing short than sensational! Not only a great workout but exactly what I needed to reset for the week. You think you know barre? Think again. I wish I lived closer but this class will be a special treat. When you're ready to change your body, your mindset, and your life...sign up for a class. ���
I thought the class would be too advanced for someone who has just done weights at their own pace previously. I couldn't be more wrong. The class was challenging, fun and motivational...and you definitely feel the burn. All the instructors are incredibly helpful, and are encouraging throughout the session, adjusting my posture and cheering me on. Excited I finally found a workout I love and enjoy.
Professional and skilled instruction by passionate teachers. As a physical therapist, I found that the lead instructor (Robin) really understood movement, how to appropriately increase the intensity of exercises, and was sensitive to any physical limitations of her class participants. Quality administrative team. I highly recommend this facility to those looking to complement their fitness pursuits with something a little different than the usual.
Beautiful all the way around. When I walk into Fitness Barre I feel safe. I know I am surrounded by love and light and I am about to get an amazing workout. The instructors are highly trained and NO TWO classes are alike. You could literally work out EVERY day and never catch 2 of the same. Want something that will change your body and at the same time give you peace??? This is the place. See you there!
