RecommendedBest Barre wok out in the Land! Nothing like it out there PLUS an adorable boutique, lots of parking and yoga options. I love the HIIT classes I can mix in for my cardio- strength too! This place is awesome

The classes target all different muscle groups, get your heart pumping, & inspire you to push through. You're never bored bc every single session is a varied mix of exercises & music playlists. The best is when a stranger compliments you on looking fit, & you know what to attribute it to. Thanks to the amazing, dedicated women at FB for changing how I think of exercise. ❤️

Love the studio, very challenging, fun, and effective classes. I’m never bored.... routine and exercises are always changing. Recommend to anyone who likes to exercise and those that need to strengthen their core muscles. It’s a must try!!!!
