RecommendedLove working out at The J with the 5AM crew! The gym is clean, orderly and it is fully equipped to give you a well rounded workout in any capacity (heavy, light or in between)! You can workout every body part as they have free weights & gym equipment to meet all of your needs! We are glad we joined The J and really like the improvements they made to the gym.

I love being greeted by the people at the front desk, Jackie especially. She's absolutely adorable, and her smile always lights up the room!
Loved it for both me and the kids! Highly recommend and it isn't nearly as expensive as you'd think!! Ever in the market for a new experience give it a try!
