Great affordable place if you need a personal trainer!!
A few weeks ago I was in a good amount of pain. My range of motion was extremely poor. My neck, shoulders and back were in so much discomfort I was eating Advil like it was candy. I decided to make an appointment with Tom to see if he could help me. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. He was flexible with my crazy work schedule.
