The reason we go there is because of the kids area, their employees call off at LEAST once a week. if you try to keep a regular schedule, it fails you and forces you to not workout. We pay a monthly fee for this service. It's causing us to look elsewhere.
Appreciate the hours! Wish it were cleaner inside; black dust balls are a turn off! When equipment breaks down; it should be fixed/replaced in 72hrs. IMHO
