Great gym. Very clean, nice staff. BUT if anything breaks, like a cable on a machine that should be a simple/quick fix. They will not fix it for weeks to over a month.
There is never a person at the front desk. Came in 4 times
I’ve belonged to this gym for years and as of this post, I haven’t cancelled my subscription but that’s only because of the convenient location. I couldn’t help but notice when I was there today how filthy it is. Machines are covered in dust, at least 4 cardio machines were out of order, there are basic things that are broken/missing like the soap dispenser in the bathroom area, and they seem to be extremely understaffed. Been a member for over 2yrs Good place to work out Open 24 hrs now
UPDATED AFTER BEING SHAMED BY THE MANAGER Needs to be cleaned, badly. The floors are crusty and the mirrors are very dirty. Equipment is not kept up with. Would honestly be a 5 star if these things were addressed. I only go here because it's close to me and I cannot afford a private owned gym at the moment. Had an issue with another patron and his friends laughing at me while working out, tried to cancel my membership, it's been 2 months.
