Fitness 19 in Thousand Oaks is the BEST! The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the equipment is always clean and well-maintained. Shoutout to Cam, the Club Manager, who's an absolute rockstar; always going above and beyond for members. I love the red light therapy and hydro massage; such a great bonus on top of a solid workout. This gym has such a great vibe and I always feel comfortable here. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great gym experience!
Missleading waiver for intro walkthrough where you have to give out your name, email, phone and consent to both emaol and phone marketing. Otherwise you are not allowed to walk in to take a look\tour. This is presented as "Just a waiver for safety"
SCAM! Wife cancelled before renewal date and they charged for an extra month. I contacted support and they refused to refund. Total scam artists. Gym itself was very crowded and not good either.
