I was at the front desk and came from work in a very bad mood, I was immediately greeted with a great smile from a gentleman named Manny. I was not in the mood but unexpectedly my mood shifted and became positive. He asked me how I was doing and I responded not well, but he seemed to care. Safe to enough to assume that fitness 19 has a great influence and service from their crew/staff like the gentleman named Manny. I invited my friends to come join this gym and they love it. Samson is a great worker. More than happy to help people out! 👍 Very friendly community. Staff always willing to help. Delaney’s great. She always assist people with a enthusiasm. You can see her dedication to help people in their fitness journey.
All the staff I've encountered have been super friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Audrey who helped me on my 1st day and took the time to show me how to use a lot of the machines which I appreciated. Ethan who always greets me each time I visit here and gets me pumped up to workout. I have been training with David and he's been amazing at helping me with my fitness goals. Plenty of parking and a good amount of machines.
