i been a member for 4 years , never had a problem with staff. things happened sometimes (machines break) , but get resolved fast. membership cancellation is not difficult, can be done online. has a strong personal training department as well as classes.
I've always seen so many people all all ages go in and well I decided to go in and inquire about prices . Thursday night about 8 something pm . Just saw some people behind the glass at some tables just stare but didn't get any help... didn't feel welcomed at all . It might of been the wrong time to come in . Anyways gym looks good . Very equipped and clean .

If they could stop letting the bros throw weights and do something about the wi-fi being down a lot it would be a better experience.
BEWARE. I have submitted multiple requests to cancel my membership and keep getting different answers. I was repeatedly told I couldn’t cancel without paying a fee, snd then suddenly they allowed me to cancel. The cancellation process feels intentionally difficult and unnecessarily complicated and expensive. On top of that, the annual fees are excessive for what this gym offers.
