This is such an amazing gym and the staff are probably the best gym staff I’ve ever encountered. This facility has every machine for everybody part and they stock all the name brand post and pre workout supplements . My wife loved the dance class Rho Santos. They even have a red light therapy room for your tough post gym seshes. Such a gem of a place and extremely fortunate to have visited this facility this weekend I was in town for the radio festival.

Great spot for a quick workout. Friendly staffs and welcoming atmosphere. The space is a bit small, and the gym got quite busy. One thing I like about Fitness 19 is that they have multiple locations throughout the Bay Area, which was a plus if you were traveling.
I want to shout out to the Personal Trainer Kahlani. She is knowledgable, professional and very effective. I went in for training at 63 yrs old with a frozen shoulder and bad knees :). She knew exactly how to arrange the training to accommodate these trouble areas, build muscle and help eliminate any pain. She is fun to work with yet takes her job very seriously. She taught me a lot. I highly recommend Kahlani.
