I rejoined this place after trying another one. This one was clearly better. They have great amenities such as redlight and tanning booths, hydro massage chairs, pneumatic leg boots and separate ladies sauna. They also have a variety of aerobic machines, weight machines, free weights and large space for classes and floor workouts. The place is clean, staff are friendly and knowledgable. Members are both young and older (like me). I highly recommend this gym.

This is such an amazing gym and the staff are probably the best gym staff I’ve ever encountered. This facility has every machine for everybody part and they stock all the name brand post and pre workout supplements . My wife loved the dance class Rho Santos. They even have a red light therapy room for your tough post gym seshes. Such a gem of a place and extremely fortunate to have visited this facility this weekend I was in town for the radio festival.
