I visited 1440 Gym today to finally resolve an issue with my account that had been ongoing for the last couple of years. I’ve spoken to different people off and on without much progress, but today was different. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jordan, and I want to commend him for his kindness and professionalism. He took the time to listen, didn’t push me off, and never talked down to me. I have had the greatest experience at 1440; Staff is excellent; Rick is my Trainer and I have been out since January 2025 due to medical reasons but can’t wait to get back! Highly recommend my gym family! They are awesome With Rick’s help I managed to lose 120 pounds ; Determined and willing you can too!!!
