I've been attending this gym for quite some time, and unfortunately, very little has changed. Whenever members suggest new equipment that would benefit everyone, those suggestions seem to fall on deaf ears, or we're told, "I'll look into it," with no follow-up. I strongly believe the owner is not motivated to make meaningful improvements because people continue to sign up, creating a steady stream of passive income. I tried like 4 times to cancel my membership and they just gave excuses each time, they were just withdrawing every month the payments when not even using the GIM. 4 months later they said I had to pay a fee to cancel the membership.
