I wouldn't even give them one star but it made me to send in my review. I ordered an elliptical it came damaged and i reached on like 4 times and never got no resolution from them nor did they ever replace or even offer to replace my product. I sent pictures in to show the damage and after sitting for 5 hours putting the thing together it just sits as it cant be used because there is a part that is bent and another that rubs against the side. Putting the elliptical together was impossible. The bar didnt line up. Putting the base on took an hour because the predrilled holes for the screws were misaligned. I contacted them and while they did send a replacement. It was broken too. Contacted them again the guy on the phone seemed uninterested in the first unit because I had sent him videos of the many defects and said toss it. Another agent sent me ONE returb slip and said Id get a refund in 5-7 business days the money would be back on my card. Two more emails to the... read more

I purchased a SlimFit exercise bike from Amazon and it came with a FitNation Flex trial membership. I liked the classes so I signed up for a membership, renewing monthly. After a few months, the instructor I liked left, and the classes weren't great, so I decided to cancel. I clicked on the link to "manage my subscription" and received an error page. I reached out to them via the Customer Service chat on their webpage and asked to cancel my subscription. They said it was cancelled, no questions asked. I contacted them again ... read more

I have never experienced worse customer customer service. I returned an order that was never supposed to ship to me in the first place (I was assured by Joshua in customer service that it had been cancelled due to an extended backorder), over 2 weeks ago. And no one can tell me the status of my refund, or return my repeated requests for information. This company puts not value in customer service, I would never recommend purchasing from them.

I purchased a bike from them based on sales team telling me it will ship in a few days. I followed up on day 10, rep tells me 2-3 days. 5 days later I follow up again, rep tells me up to 20 days to ship. That day has come and gone. They will obviously tell you anything to get a sale.
