Was referred here and visits exceeded expectations. Leader is a RN and has great understanding of acheiveable goals. The gym is clean, equipment is modern, I highly recommend
I was active before joining Fit Lifestyle, but when I joined this gym I actually started seeing physical differences. I now know the proper form of exercises which I was never taught before, and I can apply that form to any workout practice for the rest of my life. This gym has truly changed my life for the better. Incredible! This gym is phenomenal. Form. Excellence. Challenge. Encouragement. The individualized attention and consistent, constant coaching during *every* workout has changed so many lives. There’s a huge diversity of abilities and experience within each class, but the individualized attention within the group setting leads to lasting change for everyone. Amazing. Highly, highly recommend.

’ve been going to FIT Lifestyle Chattanooga for a little while now, and it’s been a great experience. The group workouts are well-structured, and Joanna (the owner and lead coach) does an awesome job making sure everyone has proper form and is getting the most out of each session.
