I recently joined and I am loving it! Everyone is very personable and you can tell the owner, manager, trainers, and even the other members care! I am looking forward to my continued membership.
The trainers are very caring and non judgmental. The workouts are tough, and they put an emphasis on form to prevent injury. They will hold you accountable and encourage you every step of the way. The facility is clean and spacious and childcare is a bonus. Highly recommend!
I have belonged to and even taught at a few gyms and I have found that Fitlifestyle provides a positive, informative and safe environment. EVERYONE has a great supportive attitude even while doing the workouts. The coaches are A+ correcting form, leading the workouts and communication.
