I have just started eating the Fitlife Foods. Everything that I've had so far has been great. I especially like the fact that the nutritional value is so well rounded. I am so glad that Fitlife made an appearance at the gym I go to. Otherwise, I may not have discovered it. I feel better that I am eating whole foods, with a ton of flavor and lots of nutrients. Integrating Fitlife foods into my diet will definitely be a long term, lifestyle plan that I will continue as long as they are open. Yeah Fitlife Foods!

Disappointing to pay so much for an entree and have it have zero flavor. Wish I wouldn't have bought so many.
Tried out fitlife to break up the monotony in my diet and to take a little break from the time and effort I've been spending on meal planning and food prep. So far, I have been very impressed. I've had to pay close attention to the macros and select my meals very carefully but the ones I've ended up with have been really quite tasty and have left me feeling surprisingly full compared to how small they seem to be. Love, love, love this place. The ladies are very warm and welcoming. They're ready to assist you with whatever you need. Met with my wellness coach this morning. I'm well on my way to eating right again. Fabulous service at a phenomenal price.
We had a personal tour of the kitchen and packaging area of Fitlife Foods and was very impressed with the facility. We found the meals fantastic and looking forward to Fitlife being marketed in the northeast.
