Lauren and Katie are knowledgeable about how to exercise with proper form to maximize muscle strength. The work outs are fun and challenging. Instructors are always watching that proper form is used to maximize the exercise and minimize any chance of injury. Any age group is welcome and men can join as well. I love it

Great environment, great workouts, great schedule. I have been working out here, just over a month and I love it. I feel stronger already. The workouts are very challenging for any level. I am a working mom and am so happy they offer a lunch time class (classes all throughout the day). The trainers are great, it feels very personalized, they always know where I'm at with my weights and know just how to push you further.

I started doing FFM over 2 years ago when I was pregnant with our third baby and it has completely changed my life. The strength workouts are amazing and something I wouldn’t normally do on my own at the gym. The HIIT classes are the best around and I always look forward to a new and challenging workout! The trainers are wonderful, motivating and fun!
