Everyone is so friendly and helpful during workouts! They show me exactly how to do things do I don't get hurt and have modifications for things I cannot do too! This is a great place to get your body in shape. I always leave sweaty but happy!!

The owner of the gym uses unfair business practices and the picture of his trainer Jessica's before was while she was pregnant years before even stepping foot into fitbody. There was a recent injury someone's first day Achilles tear with a movement that is unsafe in a large class format. Also he has people post multiple reviews so it appears they have more and will give out prizes for good reviews.

I really enjoy that the workouts are not only quick and fun, but they are adaptable to all levels of physical fitness. In the beginning, when I was pretty out of shape, I was still able to get a lot out of each workout by utilizing the trainers' modifications. Now that I'm reaching my goals I can modify the exercises to increase their intensity and get a great workout from each session. The wide variety of times has really helped me be able to plan my fitness around my busy schedule and still achieve great results.

I love this place! One on one training, a constant push from personal trainers, the environment is great, the music is good, the different workouts keep it fun, the 30 minutes classes make it easy to fit into your schedule, the results I see on myself are truly amazing and I would have never thought that I was capable of feeling/ looking so great.
