I got a DEXA and VO2 done here at the recommendation of the trainers at OrangeTheory. I was originally really hesitant about the whole process because I did not know what to expect. I honestly feel lucky this resource is so close to me. I got my Dexa scan done today and Brandon patiently and articulately walked me through the results and gave me insights on how to interpret and make improvements. I loved all the technology, but the people there were even more exceptional. Will be sending friends!
So glad I checked out Fitbody 360! Now that I know my numbers from the DEXA scan, I have a clearer vision of what my goals are! I highly recommend checking them out!
