I had my first Dexa scan a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. The information you get about your body composition is so eye opening and informative. Such a great place to jump start your nutritional goals! Samantha and Brandon are great too. Most of my consult was with Samantha and she took her time to explain the results from my scan and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Fitbody 360!!!
I had no idea what to expect when Burt had me come in for a scan. I knew I was overweight, but the results of my scan was my wake up call to get healthy. What was awesome was when I came back 5 months later to check my progress and how the scan can compare and show me how I have improved. I will recommend Fitbody to anyone I can!
Fitbody 360 is awesome I've done the dexa scan the vo2 max test and fit3d scan, the results are very comprehensive and tell you exactly where you stand
