The could have a better black card area. It's better to have a normal membership than a black one if your going to the gym at Kennedy Road. Nothing special in the black card area. Also few machines like the pec fly it's just one...too many people have to wait to get the exercise done. Also there is no place or equipment for plyometrics workout like a box for box jump!!
The gym has adequate equipment for a solid workout and overall, it's a nice place. However, my main concern is with the front desk staff. I recently called to inquire about membership details, and the person who answered was quite rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident—most of the hosts I’ve interacted with have been unfriendly, with only a few exceptions who are courteous and professional. Improving the attitude and customer service of the staff would really enhance the overall experience.
The gym is clean, and people clean up after themselves.
