Fit for Less at 1880 Eglinton - There are so many machines that are not working with "maintenance in progress" notice taped on them for MONTHS, and still not fixed! Mgt seems extremely slow fixing machines. The gym seems at times over crowded with folks waiting around others to finish up on available machines. Value for money spent is highly questionable.... If gym equipment are fixed on time, it will greatly improve the customer experience!
Everyone at this Fit4Less location is kind and respectful, including the staff. I give only 4 stars because a staff member named Sarah left recently and it just isn't the same atmosphere without her there. Her energy made all the difference and I think I speak for a lot of people who go to this gym by saying we want Sarah to come back!
Quick and responsive staff/management.
I lost my card a while back and when I came to get a new one Lex made it simple and fast to get a new one when in the past I’d have to wait over ten minutes for an employee to come.
