Relatively small compared to the other fit4less locations, black card area is very small
Good gym, but not that much clean, needs proper cleaning everyday or every week. Equipments are good- I recommend.
This gym is never staffed when they are supposed to be. The staff goes home whenever they feel like it. It's after 12pm now on Feb 21 and it's unstaffed on Saturday. Why charge people full price for membership if you continuously short change your members. PATHETIC! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! The location on Kingston Road is always punctual. The owner walks around like an arrogant egocentric making his staff miserable. Why not enforce attendance or punctuality or show up yourself during their absence?
But customer service and hidden fees they don’t tell you and they never return your call or money
