I wish I could give zero stars. The management at this gym is extremely poor. They completely ignored my complaints—even after reaching out through social media and speaking directly with the gym staff, I received no resolution. Ultimately, I had to cancel my membership due to their lack of support. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

Worst gym service won’t recommend. Sydney the so called manager didn’t really help me out even if she would. Really disappointed by the service. Never gonna go for this ever again.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Fit For Less. Their policies are completely misleading, and what they tell you when you sign up is not what actually happens. When I joined, I was told I could cancel anytime with no hidden fees – sounds great, right? Wrong. When I tried to cancel, I was hit with unexpected charges and told I had to give 30 days' notice. First time at Fit 4 less it's a good gym to start off at it's fairly clean the machines are kept in good working condition and the staff is absolutely amazing
