Get directions
lots of equipment constantly under maintenance (takes so long to get them back up an running). Gym space is too small and lacking more machines (recent “construction” added nothing of quality to the gym. Needs more cables and squat racks/smith machines not an extra 2 mats at the back). And currently there is no air circulating so it feels like a huge sweaty hot box. Cheap enough to keep coming for now but looking to switch gyms asap.
Will there ever be additional squat rack? One is not enough due to increased population recently in North Bay.
Great atmosphere and the equipments are very good
