Started working out here about 4 months ago and love it! No pressure, go at your own pace and I dont feel intimidated by the people or the workout. I feel so good after the workout and best part is im in and out in 45mins. Highly recommend. If i can do it, anyone can!

Great workout. Hits the full body. Trainers are awesome. Recommend FIT 36 to all interested in maintaining their health.
