Fit Zone – Fit- Zone is a great place to workout! I've been to alot of gyms and had alot of trainers, but none like Lori. She puts you to work and excepts no excuses.That really set the tone for all the other workout sessions. HARD & INTENSE! Guaranteed worth the money.
Great Workout!! – This is a great facility to get one- on-one training and to push your body to a different fitness level. Doing the same workout routine can become boring, but Fit Zone encompasses various exercises to help sculpt some of your body's most challenging areas. The trainers are well versed in various sports and know the appropriate exercises and movements to challenge you body and use muscles your body didn't know existed. Try Fit Zone out and I know you will get great results like I have.
Fit Zone Review – Every gym and bootcamp I joined had the same monotonous routines and unremarkable trainers that is, until I joined Fit Zone! Their workouts are challenging, creative, and fun! Each day I never knew what to expect. The coaches are very encouraging and my goals seem just as important to them as they are to me. Most importantly, I needed results and Fit Zone delivered.
TRAIN AT FIT ZONE – Its Simple... Fit zone will get you the results you want! Its hard training but its good for you! If you think its small then you are small. I love the small group fitness sessions because if give you that competitive edge that you desire while being instructed by the best Trainers. A great workout with a community personal touch! – It's small group training approach to a fast-paced intense workout to get your mojo going! I love the ability to come before or after work and know that I am going to get a great workout. The workouts bring back the feeling I had as a collegiate athlete....as well as the shape I was in. not Impressed – I have always been someone who likes to find different ways of keeping in shape. I wanted to try Fit Zone because they advertised a 3 week boot camp for a good price (compared to the other boot camps around atlanta), so I decided to give it a try. Well, I was NOT impressed! I never thought I would be in this good of shape – I was tired of being out of shape. I started running. Soon, I injuried myself. I recovered and started again. Great workout, and fun too! – I have always hated working out and have avoided it for much of my life. I finally decided, in my 30s, that it was time to get in shape. I thought I would jump in with the boot camp and see how I liked it. After two weeks of boot camp, I was ready to join the gym. The workouts are hard, but they are typically under 30 minutes. I wasn't into working out, now I am – I wasn't into working out until I joined this gym. Now I go five days a week. I like working different muscles every day. I like that I don't have to think up my own workout - Lori does that for us! Lori shows us the proper form and technique, which is incredibly helpful for someone like me who had no clue what a squat thruster was! The workouts are hard but you definitely see results.
