Mack is helping me get my life
I've been a part of Mack's bootcamp for almost 3 years. There are 6 HiiT boot camps every week. I try to go 3 x a week. It's a great workout. I love this place- the community, hard workouts (you can definitely modify it for your own needs)and vibe there keep me coming back. And you can't beat parking your car right outside and walking straight in - no check in, no huge facility where you take 10 minutes to get to your workout.
