I had a frustrating experience that was met with respect and professionalism by Dr. Redfearn and his team. Due to that and the other pleasant experiences I've had there with fillings and cleanings done, I can say this is a dentist worth going to. Those are hard to find these days.
The staff is very friendly. However, friendly staff does not excuse the frustrating experience. I came in as a new patient in August of 2025. I was told I needed a deep cleaning and also a few fillings. The dentist and his assistants told me that the fillings would be taken care of during my deep cleaning in November. So it was certainly a surprise when I came in for a follow up in March of 2026, after my deep cleaning, that those fillings had not been taken care of.
