I joined Excel and the Max Burn program about 6 months ago after my previous studio closed. All of the trainers and clients were so welcoming and everyone is so supportive of each other. I am so glad to be part of this community!
I can honestly say that I love working out now. I look forward to seeing my trainers and discussing fitness and goals weekly. They have encouraged and gently pushed me in the right direction towards a healthier me! Excel Wellness Studio isn't a big gym...all the trainers are so knowledgable and personable. I have made new friends and I'm having a lot of fun. Jill, the studio owner, will also hold amazing special events (most are free!) that have educated and motivated me! I love it here!

Excel Wellness Studio is by far one of the best facilities I've trained at. Their trainers and staff are very knowledgeable and so personable. This gym cares about the wellness and goals of each of their clients and will certainly help you succeed!
