I cannot say enough positive things about Fit Ritual! The workouts are challenging but doable and also adaptable to all levels. The instructors hype you up and support you no matter your fitness level. The atmosphere is energetic, and the community is supportive and friendly. This studio has brought so much joy and happiness to my daily routine. I highly recommend!
FitRitual is truly the best! I’ve been working out here consistently for years; through two pregnancies, postpartum seasons, and beyond. The owners and instructors are incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about every member. During both pregnancies, I was able to safely continue working out until 37 weeks, and afterward I rebuilt my strength during maternity leave with the Mama Moves classes (where I could even bring my babies along!). I absolutely love Fit Ritual! Every instructor is so knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, positive, and energizing. Every class leaves you feeling stronger and so accomplished. Highly recommend!
