I've tried several fitness classes at local gyms, and none have challenged me as consistently as Fit Rapid Academy. Every workout pushes me to improve. Dario is great at encouraging you to reach the next level while also correcting form and making sure everyone feels welcome, no matter their experience. I started as a complete newbie to strength training and now feel so much stronger and more capable. Highly recommended for everyone, no matter your fitness level!
