Personal training at a group level. I have had two back surgeries and bad shoulder injuries to where they were locked up. Dario has increased my back strength, mobility and I have improved range of motion with my shoulders. It’s been great for my mind and body!
I started with Fit Rapid Academy 2 years ago. I am a middle aged woman who has never been athlete. My first experience I barely made it through the warm up and spent the rest of the class on the floor. I can now go to 4 classes a week. I feel so much better and feel stronger than ever before. I am grateful for this place.
I joined in February. Very out of shape, weak, and had balance problems. I am now much stronger and have no issues with my balance. Dario does a great job and the classes and the people are fantastic.
