I've been going to Fit Plus for a few weeks now, and I'm very impressed overall. The gym is clean, the staff is very friendly, and from all I can see everything is operated very professionally. The workouts are well organized and change every day, so you're constantly being challenged and surprised when you walk in the Move Fit room. I used to be so intimidated walking into a gym. After coming to Fit Plus for almost 2 years, that isn't the case anymore. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. The coaches are all so upbeat, well informed, and so motivating. Best workout in town!!!
Best workout I have ever been in. I did their 8 week challenge and lost over 35 lbs! The coaches are amazing, supportive, and extremely motivating.
