I used to be so intimidated walking into a gym. After coming to Fit Plus for almost 2 years, that isn't the case anymore. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. The coaches are all so upbeat, well informed, and so motivating. Best workout in town!!!
Best workout I have ever been in. I did their 8 week challenge and lost over 35 lbs! The coaches are amazing, supportive, and extremely motivating.

5 STARS for Fit Plus on Asbury in Erie! I started going 1 year ago after a lifetime of working out with no results. The discipline required to commit has been EASY to maintain because of the fantastic trainers, beautiful facilities, variety of workouts, and great music. Jack, Ali, Jason, and McKenna are the best. No injuries under their experienced guidance.
