Awesome workouts #1! You will never get bored here. I also love the personalized support you receive from your coaches. A great family atmosphere where everyone knows your name.

Great experience. I learned to push myself in ways didn't think possible all though it was hard work. I can take away from the challenge on how to continue and maintain weight through the information and training received to continue reaching goals. it was definitely a 6 week challenge but it was great and satisfying.

Everyone and everything at Fit Method has been phenomenal. JT is always available to provide support throughout your fitness journey. The 6 week challenge changed how I view fitness and eating habits. I would definitely recommend this gym.

I joined and did the 6 week challenge! I loved it I joined so I could be held accountable. Yes they hold you accountable! If you are tired of the way you look I promise you if you join you will feel so different after your 6 week challenge. I feel great and am more motivated to continue my journey. Successfully completed the 6 Week Empty Your Bucket Challenge and lost 25.4lbs and 5.3% body fat in 42 days. I’ve tried other workout programs promising big results and not been nearly as successful. Coaches are great and the guidance on nutrition sets this place apart from the rest. It’s a great fitness community to be a part of & I highly recommend to anyone who is ready and willing to make a change.

They bring it everyday & push you to actually hit your goals! They help with Nutrition, which was my biggest struggle and they made it not suck.
