I ordered 20 days ago, the money was taken from my account but I have not received my purchase. I can't get ahold of anyone via email, facebook messenger, chat on their website or by phone.

I wanted to delete my recommendation from before. I was unhappy bc it was taking long which is fine but could not get in contact with anyone from the company. Once I finally did they made up for everything They sent my tea right away. Were extremely nice and added a lip balm with my tea which I enjoy. So far the tea is delicious. Definitely high quality tea. Hoping it helps my bloating with working out Will update :)
