Fit For You Inc is Awesome. Well, before I went to Fit For You Health Club I had a mind set that this was a Bodybuilding gym, but holy cow was I wrong! Not only is Fit For You a great facility, but the staff are always more then willing to help you and answer any questions that you might have. Everyone is so encouraging and wants to see you reach your goals, and they will do anything they can to help you make that happen.
Knowledable Trainers in a Great Facility The owners of this gym know their stuff. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your diet or just modify your lifestyle through a workout routine, they are there to help every step of the way. The gym is located on Garfield Avenue so it is centrally located. Easy to find with good parking.
Lose weight and watch TV Fit for You is by far the best gym I have ever gone to. They have a lot of TVs to watch when you are on one of the gazillion treadmills, eliptical or stationary bikes that they have. They also have great locker rooms, a nice selection of fitness apparel and energy bars/drinks to choose from. Their staff is second to none and I would recommend Fit for You to anyone who wants to make their quality of life better!
