I came here for physical therapy several years ago and recently started using the fitness center and personal training to help with my weight loss. Love it here. Never crowded, not a typical health club environment. I don't go to socialize, meet people or "see and be seen." I go to improve myself, and so does everyone else. At least from what I've seen, the clientele tends to the older side (50+) so I feel like I fit right on. The classic rock music is a definite bonus. :-)
RecommendedHad rotator cuff surgery,and joint rounded, went to therapy and did what dr. ordered, total healing is a year, but because I’ve done so well, I’m going back to work after 6 months. I couldn’t have asked for a better team than Dr.Spencer & his team @ Martin and Suey! Thanks so much!
