I came here for physical therapy several years ago and recently started using the fitness center and personal training to help with my weight loss. Love it here. Never crowded, not a typical health club environment. I don't go to socialize, meet people or "see and be seen." I go to improve myself, and so does everyone else. At least from what I've seen, the clientele tends to the older side (50+) so I feel like I fit right on. The classic rock music is a definite bonus. :-)
#1 place I recommend my students go for therapy. Jim Bennett is an amazing person, great personality and wonderful at what he does! Thank you, Jim for serving our students at CPAMMA and in the State College/Penn State community!
I love it here! Everyone is so personable & genuinely nice! They even got me running so I could participate in the color run, which I never ever thought would happen. Not after falling 40 feet, breaking my femur & fracturing my patella. I'm beyond blessed! Thank you SO much Fit for Play! ❤️

Jessica was wonderful with my 5 year old son when he had acute Reactive Arthritis in his knee. He loved coming to see her (and her assistants), she always made it fun for him!
