Excellent atmosphere with a lot of equipment. Chad, the owner, is extremely nice and knowledgable. He keeps the gym very clean-- unlike any other gym I've been to. Would definitely recommend!

Have been a member four years and enjoy the atmosphere. There is excellent instructors in the morning and evening classes.
