RecommendedClean Club. People Here Are Very Nice.
Great little gym! Not too crowded and father/son owned. My wife and I tried it out today and genuinely enjoyed it. Clean equipment and locker rooms. Younger crowd it seemed bit it was only Saturday. Probably gonna join after we try it out during rush hours after work.

Have lost 25 lbs. since joining this gym attending as many of the fitness classes as I can attend. The fitness classes are great, they offer a great range of effective well rounded workouts and are the most helpful instructors I've ever had. Since joining I've finally been able to maintain a solid routine, get my health back on track after working on the computer all day.
My favorite gym! I’m not about those chain gyms so fit for life is perfect for me. Very friendly atmosphere- when you don’t show up for a couple of days everyone ask where have you been. - I look forward to coming back when we finally move to chadbourne to shed my mom bod.
