I went to Fit For Life a few years ago with a goal to lose weight. I ended up getting real fit and healthy. I did lose weight as well. I felt like a million bucks! I highly recommend this physical trainer. I have moved from the area, so I no longer go there. I continue to do exercises she suggested for me.
