I want to give a review for Kellie at Fit Factory in Berlin MA. She is very helpful, polite, respectful and courteous. Several months back, there was little confusion and Kellie was able to resolve my issue very quickly. She is awesome. We need people like her aroumd.
Favorite gym I’ve ever been to. Super clean, AMAZING staff, great community, good music. Overall fantastic vibes.
Misunderstood by management as I paid one year upfront, new staffing frequently that also is a revolving door recruitment. Been member for about two years and charges to my cc are posted without notice, and they will send notices about towels shortage, class cancellation and when sauna is broken. No customer service as there is no headquarters. Pay as you go is best
