After one full month of training I am super impressed with everything from the the way I was introduced to the gym to the constant focus and care taken to tailor workouts to suit me personally. Really warm group of regulars and impressed with my progress at such an early stage.

My daughter age 16 has been attending this gym for sometime now from the daughter who had no confidence to the daughter who is smashing her goals thanks to jess her coach. The patience and dedication Jess has put into my daughter i cant give enough THANKS, Jess is very spot on with all feedback information given to me regarding my daughters progress and areas that still need to be worked on.
