I need motivation and feeling like someone cares about my progress!! The women are so nice and complementary in every class. I have had a gym pass for a year and never felt comfortable. Sabrina your so amazing !! You committ and do each class everyday with us . This group is so awesome !!!
Love the diversity of classes. I feel empowered after leaving each class knowing I pushed myself to the limit thanks to Sabrina's coaching. Absolute favourite workout just for me!
