Absolutely amazing people who encourage you not belittle you. They will keep you on track and even with a sore body you will still thank them. This is truly a no judgement zone.
Me and my wife have been going to FBBC in Scarsdale for 7 months now and absolutely love getting the workout for the day first thing in the morning! All coaches including Jim, Dana, Josh, Patti are fantastic and friendly (but tough)!
