Before Fit4Life I was struggling with my weight and couldn't stick to a diet. When I started it really changed the way I viewed working out and dieting. I've lost 12 lbs so far and hope to keep going! I highly recommend Brianna, she is a great trainer and is super friendly!
As a client of Fit 4 Life, I have nothing to say but how well I was treated here. Everyone is extremely personable and they conduct themselves with the up most professionalism. I came in needing therapy after reconstructive acl surgery and within 3 months I am already running at full speed. Everyone is nice and respectful which makes coming to therapy something I look forward to every week. A phenomenal company which I would recommend to anyone needing personal training or therapy.
Absolutely amazing. Friendly staff. Back pain gone after a few visits an has not return. Cannot give them enough credit. Thanks again guys!
