I saw Dr Fishkind for the exam and was referred to Dr Hunter for cataract surgery. Both are experienced, caring surgeons and the staff was professional. Their facility is quite nice and they are organized. While I did wait both times, quality takes time and I am confident this team will do a great job. l know there are few issues with this surgery, but I am highly very picky about who does surgery on me.

I have no complaints about the quality of care, but be prepared to wait. I've waited as long as two hours past my appointment time to see Dr. Bakewell. Today I was supposedly the second appointment of the day but it's been 30 minutes and haven't seen hide nor hair of him. This is so typical. There is never any communication from the staff about when you might actually be seen and no apologies from the doctor. It is incredibly frustrating. After wearing glasses since I was 8 today my life has begun anew thanks to Dr Hunter and his skillful hand. I now have 20/20 vision and my world is so bright....I gotta wear shades. Absolutely amazing. A very caring staff and pleasant atmosphere.

It seems that it's become standard practice at doctor offices to wait in the lobby for long periods of time. Not my experience at this office. My appointment was at 3:20 and that's exactly when I was called. I almost couldn't believe it. The staff was immediately impressive with their kindness. Dr. Bakewell could not have been more wonderful in explaining to me every step of my exam and his thorough diagnosis with caring and consideration for my condition. After waiting for over an hr after my appointment time, without any explanation for the delay, I left. If you have time you can go to FB&M...if not, find another Dr!

I was very happy,this office scheduled me so quickly. Dr Bakewell,was informative, and patient with me. He rechecked my vision,and scheduled me for 3 more appointments to to ensure all areas were covered. This office was very busy,but we'll worth the wait. Staff were professional, and approachable, and very helpful when completing the paperwork. Glad I visited this location.
