RecommendedThe famjly feeling & sincere kindness shown by all. We have been with Dr. Shonis for atleast 25 yrs. There is no finer vet in our minds. He is not only a Doctor , but a real person too. He always smiles and makes you feel at home. He also has a wonderful staff. They are very compassionate. Just love them all.
This vet. Is the greatest guy, dr. Shonis is a wonderful, caring, understanding gentleman and amazing to my dogs..although we lost one to cancer, she was very well taken care of...when we put her down the office wasnt open, so we took her to the emergancy hsp..they were the best., they sadated her to where she was snoring and then unithanized her, they did our baby justice..please anyone if your putting ur animal down (God bless u, NC it is hard, lots of tears and still emptiness), please ask them first to sadate the animal ... read more

Dr. Shonis and his staff are so considerate and kind. Dr. SHonis is one vet who is not in this just for the money- he truly cares about his patients and their owners. Best vet around !

best vet in the area, great staff who are super friendly and know what they are talking about. the vet is there to actually help your pet and not just rack up your bill with nonsense. great guy. i drive an hour each way to go here when there are at least 5 or 6 other vets within 10mins of my house (Plains PA). but i rather drive here and know my pets are in good hands and being taken care of and not just charging me for stuff that isn't even going to help
