RecommendedWords cannot express how wonderful the staff is at Fishing Creek Vet Clinic. Tonight we had to put down one of our dogs and the Dr working waited till we got there so Ginger didn't have to go thru a night in pain. To me that means alot.
When I first started taking my pets here 10 years ago I loved it, but things have changed and not for the better. I will never take another one of my pets here.
I absolutely do not recommend this place to any pet owner. They have screwed up appointments and scheduling many times, but this last time is the last straw. We took my Pomeranian to get spayed, and the initial appointment was scheduled on a day that the office was closed entirely. Once we finally got the surgery done and was ready to have to staples removed, and to get her booster of Lyme vaccine, it got worse. On Sunday evening, I had an emergency with my Teacup Chihuahua. I was a mess, so we took a shot & contacted Dr. Shonis. It was Sunday evening, so the office had been closed, and on top of that, Dr. Shonis was under the weather-still, he told me to bring my dog to the clinic, because he wanted to examine him!
