We love the NP, Heather Braniff! My teenagers are comfortable talking to her and asking questions and that means the world to me. I haven't had any issues with the nurses or the office staff and we've been going here since 2007.
Dr. Scott and his staff are amazing! He takes the time to explain things and the staff is friendly!
This place has steadily declined over the years. Christopher West, the NP is sorely lacking. The nurses seem to be on top of their game, the rest of the staff leaves you with an empty pit in your stomach. They don’t seem interested in patient care, they seem interested only in getting you in and out as fast as they can.
